Diana Enachi, economist and project coordinator within IDIS “Viitorul”, is an active member of a several national, regional and international committees and networks. She is a member of the National Committee for development of E-Procurement System in Moldova, which brings together public authorities, international communities and civil society representatives in order to develop an innovative e-procurement system based on international good practices. Diana brings more than 6 years of work experience in both non-for-profit and public sector. She holds a master degree in Economic Sciences. Besides, she has attended a number of seminars, workshops and conferences on topics such as sustainable economic development, economic analysis, transparency and integrity of public finances, good governance, public procurement monitoring, open contracting, transparency and open data, anticorruption issues.
Over the last 3 years she has been involved in various projects as a consultant and trainer in local public administration, public procurement, risk management and anticorruption policy, open contracting and open data. She conducted a number of training programs and workshops for various stakeholders groups: local public administration, procurement specialists from public entities and business communities, students, civil society organizations and mass-media.
Diana has contributed to the development of the third National Action Plan for Open Government for the years 2016 – 2018, which has been adopted by the Government decision in December 2016.
