Adrian Ermurachi – Deputy Secretary General of the Government, Co-Chair of the PDM (Permanent Dialogue Mechanism) on Open Government.
Mr. Ermurachi has a background in Public International Law (Masters Degree), and is currently a PhD Candidate with State University of Moldova. His Bachelor’s degree is in Law with the Romanian-American University, Bucharest. Prior to joining the Government in the position of the Deputy Secretary General of the Government, Mr. Ermurachi acted as Chief Consultant of the Foreign Assistance Coordination Department with State Chancellery of Moldova, during years 2011-2015. During years 2015-2017 he acted as expert in Monitoring and Evaluation, Justice and Anti-Corruption with Expert-Grup, Think Tank based in Moldova. He acted as National Consultant in the Central Public Administration Reform initiative with German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and brings experience and expertise in Good Governance from his role as Program Coordinator with the Institute of European Policies and Reforms. Mr. Ermurachi has experience in training and capacity building, he acted as a trainer for Civil Servants on the Implementation of the “Ex-post Evaluation of Public Policies” with Academy for Public Administration. He is fluent in English and Russian.
