Short history: Open Government Institute is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization. It was founded in 2002 and known, till very recently, as “CMB” Training Center, which was reorganized at the end of 2013. For more than 10 years, “CMB” Training Center implemented several initiatives and projects based on critical thinking philosophy and methodology through advocacy, capacity building, research and evaluation.
